You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to do an exchange or receive an online store credit to apply to any future purchases. Your items need to be unworn and will need to be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Shipping for returns will be at the client’s own cost.If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Return the item back to us and once assessed, we can replace it at no cost to you.
To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All earrings are final sale.

Very disappointed. Why is this called a body chain when it’s too short to fit around your waist?
My husband bought this for me from a Tuango offer and it doesn’t reach around my 28″ waist, even though the photo showed it around a waist.

hi tracy I just saw this – its a body chain NECKLACE. I used the terms ‘body chain’ for marketing purposes. it was clearly stated on the tuango offer that it was a necklace. I make full body chains also if ever you want one.
